queryAndWaitFor() function

Dispatches a query and returns a promise to its result.

Signature:

dispatch	DashboardDispatch	dashboard dispatch to use
query	TQuery	query to trigger and wait for results of

Returns:

Promise<TQueryResult>

Promise of the query result
