DashboardExportToExcelResolved interface

This API is provided as a beta preview for developers and may change based on feedback that we receive. Do not use this API in a production environment.

This event is emitted at the end of successful 'dashboard export to Excel' command processing. In its payload, there is an uri of the resulting XLS file.
