selectEffectiveDateFilterOptions variable

This API is provided as an alpha preview for developers and may change based on feedback that we receive. Do not use this API in a production environment.

Returns effective date filter options. This is created by merging the workspace-level date filter config and the dashboard-level date filter config.

These are the date filter options that the DateFilter SHOULD use when rendering filtering presets.
