IAutomationsContextValue.exportTimezones property

This API is provided as an alpha preview for developers and may change based on feedback that we receive. Do not use this API in a production environment.

Timezone inputs of the scheduled-export "Time zone" section, read from the dashboard store by the connectors layer — the scheduledEmail tree must not touch the store itself.
