IAlertingDialogContextValue.dashboardParameters property

This API is provided as an alpha preview for developers and may change based on feedback that we receive. Do not use this API in a production environment.

Effective dashboard parameters for the dialog's widget — the owning tab's parameters with any runtime override folded in (replaces the direct selectEffectiveDashboardParametersForWidget read in useAutomationAlertParameters).
