IScheduledEmailManagementDialogContextValue.maxAutomations property

This API is provided as an alpha preview for developers and may change based on feedback that we receive. Do not use this API in a production environment.

Maximum number of automations allowed (derived connector-side from the max-automations entitlement, falling back to DEFAULT_MAX_AUTOMATIONS). Combined with the dialog's automations count to gate the create button.
