RemoveAttributeFiltersPayload.filterLocalIds property

This API is provided as a beta preview for developers and may change based on feedback that we receive. Do not use this API in a production environment.

XXX: we do not necessarily need to remove multiple filters atm, but this should be very easy to do and adds some extra flexibility.
